As an Artist, printmaker, sculptor, and illustrator, Franz Spohn has had his work featured in solo and group exhibitions in museums spanning the United States from Spokane to New York and Washington to Louisiana, and has illustrated children's books published by Bantam, Doubleday, and Dell. Outside of the U.S. he has been honored with exhibitions at the Glynn Vivian Museum in Swansea, Wales, the Glenbow Museum in Alberta, Canada, the Strozzi Palace, Florence, Italy and the American School in London.
He has taught art at Rutgers, Washington State, and Cleveland State universities and at the Art Institute and University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He presently teaches printmaking at Edinboro University. Franz contributes much of his time and effort to school-age children in programs and school visits designed to interest and develop awareness of art. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in printmaking and drawing and a Master of Fine Arts degree in printmaking and sculpture. He likes to dance to Cajun music and occasionally plays saxophone badly.

Joe Murray has worked as a producer/director, graphic designer, creative director and writer for a variety of PBS and commercial television stations and television post production companies. Children’s television specials and documentaries Joe produced in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East have earned him many awards including Oebie and Producer of the Year from the Ohio Educational Broadcasting Network Commission and three Emmy awards from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Joe holds undergraduate
degrees in art and graphic design, a Master's degree in Instructional Technology, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Kent State University.  He teaches television and new media courses in the Kent State University School of Journalism and Mass Communication and is director of the Kent State University New Media Center. He once worked at a grocery store bakery as a giant loaf of bread.  He especially likes to eat peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches.

Executive Producer
Dr. Rosemary Du Mont the Associate Vice President of Academic Technology Services and former director of New Media Services. Before coming to this position she was the Dean and Director of the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science. Rosemary received a B.S. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, a Masters of Sciences in Library Science from Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
.She has held positions at the University of Hawaii, the University of Kentucky and the University of Oklahoma and has contributed frequently to professional journals, having served as editor of the major professional journal in her field for nine years. Her awards include election to Beta Phi Mu International Library Science Honorary, being named an Outstanding Young Woman of America, and has additionally been named to Who's Who in America for the past eight years. Rosemary was recently designated Foreign Specialist by the People's Republic of China, where she has consulted for the past three years in the area of educational technologies. Rosemary likes to swim and laugh a lot--but not necessarily at the same time. She is badgered frequently by Joe and Teresa to eat more junk food.

Teresa Kiplinger is a graphic designer  for Mozes Cleveland  She is responsible for concept development and creation of digital graphics, illustration, animation and interface design for Eureka! as well as a variety of Internet and CD-ROM productions. She is an accomplished freelance illustrator and animator whose talent has been featured in award-winning documentaries, educational programs, children's television series and music videos. Her work
has been recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Ohio Educational Broadcasting Network Commission, National University Marketing Awards and the International Telly awards. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in graphic design and illustration. She secretly listens to opera and is known for leaving smelly mugs of old coffee around the office.

Webmaster
Carol Moore is a Multimedia/Web Developer for Kent State University New Media Services. Carol co-developed New Media Services' first interactive CD-ROM prototype and is responsible for software evaluation, research and cross-platform development of a variety of CD-ROM titles currently in production. Carol came to the software development group from a position as a computer systems specialist for Kent State University Teleproductions and a corporate career as an operations specialist for General Electric.
She is responsible for organizing and coordinating numerous community outreach projects and educational and computer training programs and is currently developing a pilot computer literacy project for minority elders. She is currently completing her undergraduate degree in the Kent State University College of Arts and Sciences with a concentration in computer science. Carol has a particular fondness for rhythm and blues and we suspect that she is our best dancer. (Even better than Franz.)

Secret Agent
Mike Kreyche is an Assistant Professor of Libraries and Media Services at Kent State University. He is a swell guy who does very important and complicated things with digital information and computer systems. As soon as we can describe exactly what he does, we will put it here. Without Mike, we would not be able to put anything here because "here" would not exist. He has recently joined the staff of Kent State University's New Media Services software development group as a Digital Resources Development Specialist.
